Requirements:
Full sun through to full shade. Moist, well drained soils.
Localities:
Found in several areas in Maroondah, Manningham and many places within the Shire of Yarra Ranges.

Spectacular tree in flower (November to January), useful as a screen. Must have protection from hot dry winds. Mulching and summer moisture are beneficial.
