Partial sun to full shade. Moist, well drained soil.
Localities:
Now rare in Maroondah, more common in the Shire of Yarra Ranges

Upright to straggly open perennial sub-shrub.  Great for brightening dark, moist spots in the garden.  Very attractive in flower.
